Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Program Manager to support client planning, DD1391 development, and facility‑IT integration on installation projects. You will synchronize with stakeholders, align construction schedules with mission IT dependencies, and proactively manage risk, cost, and cutover sequencing to protect operational readiness.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in project management.
DD1391 authorship/ownership experience.
Integrated scheduling and risk management.
Translate facility requirements into IT impacts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with DPW, USACE, and installation leadership to achieve MILCON objectives and operations.
Lead scope, schedule, and risk trade-off decisions and document outcomes.
Maintain a stakeholder battle rhythm and logs with version control.
Own deliverables that affect mission readiness by linking facility buildouts with IT dependencies and cutovers.
Develop integrated schedules and cost estimates using MDF/IDF, network, and cabling knowledge.
Prepare and deliver briefs, status updates, and risk reports to leadership.
