Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced MILCON Program Engineer to provide engineering analysis, documentation, and requirements development for military construction projects. You will review MILCON and UMMC requirements, validate assumptions, and prepare structured documentation to inform project scoping and prioritization.

Collaborating with headquarters, regional commands, Public Works, and installation planning teams, you will ensure technical inputs align with UFC and IBC standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or Construction Management with 4+ years of facilities engineering experience
• Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in facilities engineering, facility lifecycle workflows, infrastructure analysis or engineering support activities
• Knowledge of UFC criteria, IBCs, facility design standards and requirements, or engineering review workflows
• Experience reviewing MILCON and UMMC requirements and preparing structured documentation

Responsibilities

• Review MILCON and UMMC requirements and prepare structured documentation informing project scoping and prioritization
• Evaluate facility condition information and engineering inputs to support development of pre‑decisional MILCON documentation packages
• Coordinate with headquarters, regional commands, Public Works, and installation planning and engineering teams to ensure technical inputs remain accurate and compliant with required standards and codes
• Synthesize technical engineering data to deliver MILCON and UMMC solutions that strengthen installation readiness
