Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a MILCON Analyst to support the Air Force Civil Engineering Directorate. You will coordinate, develop, and maintain MILCON governance documents, action plans, and responses while collaborating with DoD entities to drive execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of facility/infrastructure experience, with a Secret clearance and strong policy analysis. This position is hybrid, onsite near the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year experience in facility and infrastructure requirements.
• Ability to apply policy for project requirements definition, programming, and execution.
• Experience analyzing government requirements using modeling and simulation tools.
• Secret clearance required.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by delivering meeting materials.
• Coordinate MILCON projects and programmatic criteria per DoD policy and standards.
• Perform MILCON program analysis and generate trend, compliance, and requirements materials.
• Develop and track Congressional notification packages related to MILCON program execution.
• Develop MILCON project authorization requests in collaboration with Air Staff and MAJCOMs.
• Prepare and coordinate MILCON DD Form 1391 packages and related environmental and cost documentation.
