Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a Project Manager to support its construction programs. The role involves directing project scope, schedule, and cost, while liaising with Government PMs to ensure compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in federal construction management, proficient use of MS Project, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects from start to closeout.

Qualifications

• Ten years of direct federal construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of government construction contracting and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules with MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with government PMs and oversee project organization.
• Develop budgets aligned with cost models and provide forecasting.
• Plan, schedule, and control all construction activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project performance.
