Job summary

The Seattle Fire Department is seeking a regular, full-time Administrative Staff Analyst to support the Mobile Integrated Health program. MIH provides enhanced services to frequent 911 callers, persons in crisis, highly complex patients, persons with non-emergent medical complaints, and those with social needs.

It includes partnerships with the Seattle Human Services Department and Harborview Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience performing data analysis.
• Experience analyzing, maintaining, and preparing budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in public safety or healthcare is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of policies, training materials, guides, and SOPs.
• Lead overdose and substance use program measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
• Coordinate division budget development and reporting.
• Develop internal and external communications; liaison with partners and stakeholders.
• Provide direction and support to MIH staff and partners.
