Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience performing data analysis.
• Experience analyzing, maintaining, and preparing budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe.
• Experience with databases.
• Commitment to providing equitable service in a diverse environment.
• Experience with substance use disorder or healthcare is desired.
• Experience working in Fire, EMS, or Public Safety is desired.

Responsibilities

• Program support: coordinate development of policies, training materials, and SOPs; assist with partner development.
• Research and data analysis: oversee overdose/substance use program metrics and reporting; aid data tool development.
• Budget preparation: monitor division spending; assist with grant or special expense reporting.
• Communication: develop internal communications and liaise with external partners and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
