Title: Migration Solution Architect and Program Manager (Nonprofit Cloud)

We seek an experienced Migration Solutions Architect and Program Manager to collaborate with nonprofit stakeholders, understand their needs, and develop migration programs and tools for their transformation projects. This role involves navigating architectural differences between the Nonprofit Cloud and NPSP, prioritizing stakeholder needs.

Your Impact:

As a Migration Solutions Architect and Program Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Engaging with community, partners, and stakeholders to gather migration requirements.
  2. Creating migration strategies and feature designs based on stakeholder needs.
  3. Translating requirements into epics and user stories with cross-functional teams.
  4. Developing a product roadmap for migration tools, informed by feedback.
  5. Leading release planning and stakeholder communication.
  6. Managing the product lifecycle and iterating based on feedback.
  7. Communicating trade-offs between scope and schedule.
  8. Explaining data models and migration concepts to stakeholders.
  9. Synthesizing feedback to guide product decisions.
  10. Understanding customer migration journeys and assessing solution impacts.
  11. Collaborating with marketing and customer success to craft messaging.
  12. Leading diverse teams to deliver migration solutions.
  13. Overseeing testing, communications, sales enablement, and outreach activities related to migration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Product Management or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or development, with a focus on scalable products and customer feedback.
  • Experience with agile development and stakeholder input integration.
  • Proven ability to transform customer needs into product vision and detailed requirements, especially in data migration contexts.
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce technologies, especially NPSP and Nonprofit Cloud, and their data models.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations and understanding their stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strong public speaking skills for presentations and demos.
