Job summary

Pittsburgh Tomorrow is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our service integration team in Pittsburgh, PA (preferred) or Strongsville, OH, with five days onsite. The role focuses on coordinating application migration and production readiness activities across multiple technology domains.

As a key partner across application, infrastructure, security, architecture, and operations, you will manage dependencies, risks, and the structured path-to-production process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer-related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain delivery documentation.
• Manage Jira tickets, workflows, and status reporting.
• Track cross-team dependencies, risks, and remediation plans.
• Support application migration and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate infrastructure readiness and operational preparedness activities.
• Help drive production readiness and implementation milestones through to deployment.
• Support cutover planning and execution activities, including flexible hours as needed.
