Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• At least five (5) years of experience with three (3) years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred; HS diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of HCIR credentialing requirements and driving a credentialing process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs, marketing objectives and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance and handle objections.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities with key customers.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and maintain disease state experts and speakers.
• Build trusted customer relationships and act within AbbVie’s code of conduct and laws.
