Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
• Five+ years in pharma/health industry is preferred with some sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of products, competitors, and therapeutic areas.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to operate in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs, financial targets, and brand objectives.
• Develop pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve outcomes and address objections.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and drive patient-centered solutions.
• Create and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key accounts.
• Gather market intelligence to align brand strategy with field execution and change management.
