Job summary

Skilled Trades Specialists seeks MIG welders with tee plate test ability and construction experience for a local Fabrication Shop. This full-time role requires MIG welding and assembly work, with Sunday double-time when you work seven consecutive days.

Shift options include 1st and 2nd shifts. Responsibilities include assembling parts per blueprints, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining safety standards. Prior construction knowledge and tool proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read tape measure, level, and square proficiently.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must have reasonable analytical skills.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to blueprints and specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks

Skilled Trades Specialists is looking for MIG welders that can pass a tee plate test and also have construction experience for a local Fabrication Shop. This is a great long term employment opportunity.

This job requires MIG welding and assembly work. Those with construction experience are encouraged to apply.

Double-Time on Sundays if you work 7 consecutive days!

1st and 2nd shift openings available!
