Job summary

Engineered Products on the shop floor in Greenville, SC is seeking a Welder to fabricate and assemble structural steel components for industrial racking and storage systems. You will perform MIG welding on uprights, beams, braces, and other racking parts, ensuring weld quality and safety standards.

Work closely with fabrication and production teams to meet daily outputs, interpret blueprints, and maintain consistent weld quality across production runs while following company procedures and PPE

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of MIG welding experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Experience welding structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and gauges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Weld beams, uprights, braces, and other racking components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Set up welding machines based on material type and thickness.
• Maintain workflow efficiency within the welding department.
• Inspect welds to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Follow welding procedures and specifications to meet quality standards.
• Work with the production team to meet daily output and production goals.
• Communicate any production or quality issues to supervisors.
