Job summary

Engineered Products in Easley, SC is seeking an experienced Welder II to fabricate and assemble structural steel components for industrial racking and storage systems. You will perform MIG welding on uprights, beams and braces, reading blueprints and ensuring weld quality.

You will support production teams, troubleshoot fit-up, and maintain a safe, clean work environment on the shop floor, with PPE and safe practices required.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Experience welding structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and gauges.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components used in pallet racking systems.
• Weld beams, uprights, braces, and other racking components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Ensure proper weld penetration, alignment, and structural integrity of all welded parts.
• Set up and adjust welding machines based on material type and thickness.
• Follow welding procedures and specifications to meet quality standards.
