Job summary

Ameri-Force, Inc. is seeking a Structural Welder to contribute to the construction of strong metal structures. You will weld structural beams and components using MIG welding, follow engineered drawings, and maintain safety and quality on the job site.

This role requires the ability to set up equipment, adjust parameters, inspect welds, and work in a team. Ameri-Force offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities within a recognized ESOP company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in structural steel welding and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of welding tools: machines, grinders, torches, clamps.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to join metal components and structures.
• Set up and operate welding equipment with correct parameters.
• Cut, shape, and prepare metal materials using torches and grinders.
• Perform nondestructive testing such as visual inspections and dye penetrant testing.
