Forcepersonnelok is seeking experienced MIG welders and structural steel fabricators for a hands-on role in an AISC-certified shop. You will weld, fabricate, layout, and fit-up steel components from fabrication drawings in a busy, safety-conscious environment.

Candidates should be comfortable reading shop drawings, measuring with tape, and working independently as well as in a team. Prior MIG welding experience and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding on structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication/shop drawings.
• Ability to layout and fit-up structural components.

Responsabilités

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
• Fabricate and assemble structural steel per job specs.
• Layout, fit-up, and prepare steel components for welding.
• Read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
• Position and prepare materials for welding and assembly.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Use grinders, saws, measuring tools, and other shop equipment.
• Follow welding procedures and shop safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
