Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal parts and assemblies.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols; interpret production docs.
• Operate grinders, positioners, welding equipment and hand tools.
• Inspect weld quality throughout fabrication; repair as needed.
• Maintain safe, organized work area; follow 5S standards.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, safety.
