Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret diagrams.
• Capable of loading and handling parts up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate products from blueprints with attention to detail.
• Weld 10- to 20-gauge galvanized steel for adapters, curbs, and other products.
• Inspect welded components for quality and specs.
• Collaborate with shop manager, engineers, and teammates to ensure efficient production.
• Perform MIG welding with preventive maintenance and proper settings.
• Under supervision, spot weld parts as needed.
