WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welding/Fabricator to join the Weld Team, producing high quality welds while meeting customer specs efficiently. The role requires blueprint reading and the ability to interpret welding symbols, with work performed in a fully air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience (at least 1 year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before completing the job.
• Maintain records to ensure correct production quantities.
• Organize work for efficient and timely processing of orders.
• Other responsibilities as required.
