Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment. The role emphasizes efficient, precise welding to meet customer specifications with opportunities for quarterly pay increases and an ESOP.

We offer an air-conditioned shop, a strong benefits package, and clear growth paths. This full-time, in-person position requires relocation to the Olathe, KS area and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabrication experience required (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by selecting welding method if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit for QA inspection before completing the job.
• Maintain production records to ensure correct part counts.
• Organize work to meet complexity, method used, and expected completion times.
