Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team. You will produce high quality welds and interpret blueprints to meet customer specifications, working in a fully air-conditioned shop.

This full-time, in-person role offers a structured growth path, quarterly bonus potential, ESOP, and a competitive benefits package. Candidates should have at least one year of MIG welding experience and be able to relocate to Olathe, KS if required.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining welding method when not stated on blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA before completing entire job.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct quantity of parts.
• Organize work to meet complexity, method, and anticipated completion time.
• Other responsibilities as required.
