Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable and expanding company that values quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This role is similar to automotive body repair work and includes MIG welding, grinding, finishing, body filler (Bondo) application, and touch-up priming on hollow metal doors and frames.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld light-gauge metal components
• Cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to precise measurements
• Read and follow templates and specifications
• Grind, finish, and prepare surfaces for final production
• Maintain quality standards and dimensional tolerances
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
