• Experience fabricating and welding light-gauge metals (14, 16, and 18 gauge).
• MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read templates and maintain tolerances within 1/8".
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift materials as needed.

• The ability to stay focused, patient, and productive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld light-gauge metal components.
• Cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to precise measurements.
• Read and follow templates and specifications.
• Grind, finish, and prepare surfaces for final production.
• Maintain quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
