Aerotek is hiring Welder/Fabricator in Carlisle, PA. Join a skilled fabrication team building custom flatbed trailers in a fast-paced shop. You will MIG weld on heavy steel, read blueprints, and fabricate parts to high quality standards.

We offer a 2nd shift schedule, optional overtime, and a range of benefits after 30 days. This is a contract-to-hire role with full onsite work in Carlisle. Apply if you have 3+ years MIG/flux core welding and strong fabrication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG/flux core welding experience
• Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills
• Ability to accurately use tape measures and shop tools
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with heavy steel
• TIG welding experience is a plus
• Trade school or Vo-Tech training preferred
