Applicants should have at least 1 year of MIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and use measuring tools. HS diploma or GED preferred; training and PPE compliance are required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience in manufacturing required.
• Blueprint reading and welding procedure adherence required.
• Ability to use calipers, tape measures, and weld gauges.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; vocational training is a plus.
• Experience with grinders and cutting equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding procedures.
• Set up welding equipment and select settings per material specs.
• Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards.
• Operate grinders and cutting torches.
• Prepare, finish, and assemble welded parts; maintain clean area.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE.
