Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; vocational training or welding certs are beneficial.
• Experience MIG welding on steelstainless aluminum or other metals.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and work instructions and interpret them accurately.
• Perform MIG welding on steel components per specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and comply with standards.
• Grind and prepare materials before and after welding.
• Measure and verify dimensions and tolerances with tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
