Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a Tallassee, AL-based position. The role involves welding galvanized steel and aluminum, reading blueprints, and ensuring product quality. 1 year MIG welding experience and ability to lift up to 75 lb are required.

Shift options include 1st and 3rd shifts with pay rates of $19.00 and $21.00 per hour respectively. Full-time, temp-to-permanent with benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year MIG welding experience required.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must follow safety practices and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom and standard products from blueprints.
• MIG weld 10- to 20-gauge galvanized steel for adapters and curbs.
• Read fabrication drawings and interpret instructions.
• Work with engineers and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Load fabrication parts onto weld table and maintain welding equipment.
