Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Welding degree or 2+ years manufacturing welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welding to RLWS quality standards.
• Read blueprints to perform proper welds.
• Grind parts and blast when required.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a team or solo.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout welding processes.
