Team members enjoy a culture that values skill development, promotes from within, and offers strong earning potential through shift premiums and ongoing opportunities for overtime.

Work Environment

The role is based in a very large trailer manufacturing facility that is not climate controlled, meaning it tends to be cool in the winter and hot in the summer. The environment is loud, and ear plugs are required at all times in designated areas. Multiple shifts are available: first shift runs approximately 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., second shift runs approximately 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and a weekend shift runs approximately 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
