$19.30 - $20.30 per hour

Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Day shift
Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components
Complete TIG welding tasks as needed
Read and follow work instructions, basic blueprints, and weld symbols
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Operate and maintain welding equipment safely
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
MIG welding experience preferred
TIG welding experience is a plus
Ability to work with structural steel materials
Basic blueprint or weld symbol reading skills preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
Industrial fabrication and manufacturing setting
Hands-on work with structural steel and welding equipment
Safety-focused environment requiring welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO.
The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
