Job summary

Staffmark Group in Corona, CA is seeking a MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform MIG and ARC welding, fabricate and repair metal parts, and support safe, efficient production operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, welding certification or relevant training, and the ability to pass a weld test. The role offers a 7:00am–3:30pm shift with potential overtime and competitive weekly pay.

Location: Corona, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm with occasional daily overtime and 4 hours on a Saturday if needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• MIG and/or ARC welding knowledge required
• Ability to successfully complete a weld test
• Experience using hand tools, air tools, and power tools preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
