Staffmark invites you to join a Dayton-based Welder position, offering $20.00-$24.00 per hour on the first shift. This role focuses on MIG welding, fabrication, and repair of metal components within a safety-conscious manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Welder you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work.
