Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fabrication Welder to produce sheet metal parts and assemblies. You will set up, align, and weld components per shop prints, working solo or in a small team to build metal buildings and enclosures.

You will read drawings for dimensions, inspect welds, and maintain quality through the welding process, including grinding and finishing as required. Safety and accuracy are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Two plus years welding experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proficiency with reading shop prints and interpreting dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Welds MIG welds on mild and stainless steel per shop prints.
• Sets up and aligns parts for welding and final fabrication assembly.
• Inspects parts against drawings and maintains accurate dimensions.
• Maintains clean, safe work area and operates tools according to SOPs.
