Job summary

Multimatic is seeking a skilled Weld Repair Operator in Kentucky to perform MIG welds, verify parts with fixtures and gauges, and maintain accurate production records. You will label finished components, operate bar-code inventory systems, and follow strict safety and quality guidelines on both standard and TS16949/ISO14001 compliant lines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in manufacturing, and the ability to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with MIG welding.
• AWS certification is a plus.
• Two years of related automotive/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform weld repair on metal components using MIG methods.
• Use fixtures and gauges to test and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Count, label, and record production information for finished components.
