Job summary

Aqua Contour Cutting, Inc. in Russellville, AR, is seeking a Production Welder to join our sheet metal fabrication team. You will operate welding machines in the Welding department, keep the work area clean, and perform preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

MIG or TIG welding experience is required, and you must be able to read prints and use a dial caliper. This role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and teamwork, with extensive on-the-job training and a solid benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MIG or TIG welding experience required.
• Print reading and Dial caliper reading required.
• Prior experience in metal fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding machines in the Welding department.
• Maintain the work area and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain part production efficiency to minimize downtime and downtime losses.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and adjust machines as necessary.

Our team is seeking a dedicated, innovative individual work as a Production Welder. The Production Welder is responsible for operating the machines in the Welding department. By maintaining the work area, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining part production the position will ensure that production operates efficiently and effectively. The position will be responsible for maintaining part production efficiency to minimize downtime, following proper maintenance procedures for effective preventive maintenance, and observing machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions and adjust machines as necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
