Job summary

Aqua Contour Cutting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Production Welder to operate welding equipment in the Welding department and maintain a productive work area. The role includes preventive maintenance and ensuring efficient part production with minimal downtime.

Qualified candidates will have MIG or TIG welding experience, the ability to read prints and use dial calipers, and a preference for candidates with metal fabrication background. Monday–Friday schedule; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• MIG or TIG welding experience required.
• Print reading and dial caliper reading required.
• Prior experience in metal fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines in the Welding department and maintain the work area.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor part production to minimize downtime.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and adjust machines as necessary.

Our team is seeking a dedicated, innovative individual work as a Production Welder. The Production Welder is responsible for operating the machines in the Welding department. By maintaining the work area, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining part production the position will ensure that production operates efficiently and effectively. The position will be responsible for maintaining part production efficiency to minimize downtime, following proper maintenance procedures for effective preventive maintenance, and observing machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions and adjust machines as necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.


• Prior experience in working in the metal fabrication industry is preferred.


• MIG or TIG welding experience required.


• Print reading and Dial caliper reading required.
