Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Welder in Waukesha, WI to weld, fabricate, and assemble metal components while upholding high quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have MIG welding experience (TIG a plus) and be able to read blueprints and technical drawings. You will set up and operate welding equipment, inspect welds, and work with production and quality teams to ensure goals are met.

Qualifikationen

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• MIG welding is required; TIG welding is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with welding symbols and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a manufacturing setting.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Perform welding operations on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Use grinders, hand tools, and power tools to prepare and finish materials.
• Measure and verify dimensions using appropriate measuring devices.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
