HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Welder for our Cincinnati, OH manufacturing client. This full-time role involves welding, assembling, and repairing metal components using MIG, TIG, or other welding processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience and can read basic blueprints. You will follow safety standards to produce quality work, maintain welding equipment, and keep a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required.
• MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
• Experience using grinders, measuring tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, or other welding processes to assemble metal components.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Prepare metal surfaces and materials for welding.
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Measure and position materials according to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean work area.
