Job summary

ResourceMFG in Rogers, MN is seeking an experienced Welder to join a growing architectural metal products team. You will weld aluminum and stainless steel components to exacting standards, reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools to ensure fit and finish.

In this full-time role, you'll perform MIG and TIG welding, lift up to 50 pounds, and contribute to safe, quality-focused production. Overtime and occasional Saturdays are available to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience welding aluminum and stainless steel.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding experience required.
• Fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately use calipers, squares, protractors, and other measuring tools.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials.
• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of parts as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure specifications are met.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, squares, protractors, and other precision instruments.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
