Construction Mechanics Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable MIG/TIG Welder for an immediate opening in Clearwater, FL. We’re looking for someone who’s confident welding a variety of materials—aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel—and who can read blueprints and fabrication drawings with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welds in various positions

• Prep materials and workpieces to meet project specifications

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

• Conduct quality control checks to ensure weld integrity and industry compliance

• Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet deadlines

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of MIG and TIG welding experience

• Proficient in welding aluminum, stainless, and carbon steel

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings

• Familiarity with basic fabrication and fitting techniques

• Reliable transportation to and from the Clearwater facility

• Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional work standards

Compensation:

• Starting at $25/hour, based on experience

• Full benefits available

• Monday to Friday schedule | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
