Job summary

HireCall is seeking an experienced Side Frame Welder in Claremore, OK to join a leading air cooler manufacturer. You will weld side frame assemblies by MIG, read blueprints and weld symbols, inspect welds, and operate grinders and fabrication tools.

Overhead crane use and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced shop. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication preferred.
• Overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld side frame assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate grinders and other fabrication tools as needed.
• Safely use overhead cranes and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
