Job summary

Cust-O-Fab in Catoosa, OK is seeking an entry-level welder to join our manufacturing team. You will read weld procedures and prints, follow SOPs, and work with QC to ensure quality on all projects.

Expect to operate overhead cranes, learn to fit nozzles and wrapper plates as needed, and contribute to a safe, high‑pace environment while maintaining quality. Flexibility to work overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Must read weld procedures and apply parameters.
• Must read prints for weld sizes and dimensions.
• Willing to adapt welding styles for company needs.
• Follow SOPs and work with QC to ensure quality.
• Willing to operate overhead/jib cranes and use rigging.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding per procedures and codes to produce quality parts.
• Assist with fitting nozzle, wrapper plates, etc., as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality in a high pace environment.
• Coordinate with QC for inspections and rework if required.
• Document processes and seek to learn new tasks as directed.
