LPC Personnel, Inc. is hiring welders for MIG and Flux welding on 1st and 2nd shifts in Houston, TX. Duties include joining, fabricating, and repairing metal parts, reading blueprints, and safely operating welding equipment to meet specifications.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Weld metal parts according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and positioning materials.
• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
• Monitor welding parameters and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
