The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical or field sales within manufacturing, preferably conveyors or automation, and a hunter mindset. Expect a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and frequent travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical or field sales experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with conveyors, automation, or capital equipment preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, applications, production, and leadership teams to tailor solutions.
• Travel to client sites, trade shows, and events; prepare quotes and forecasts.
