You will build relationships with architects, contractors, and school administrators, develop territory plans, coach dispersed reps, and collaborate with senior leadership to capture new business opportunities. Travel 30–60% is expected; competitive compensation includes benefits and profit sharing.

Formación

• Minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 30–60%, including overnight stays.
• Preferred experience in Educational, Performing Arts, Architectural, and/or Construction industries.
• Ability to manage complex sales with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competition.
