Energy Foundation is seeking a dynamic Program Associate to support its Midwest regional team in planning and managing projects, grants, and budgets. You will coordinate with program staff and external partners to execute strategies and deliverables, and help ensure smooth internal processes and external communications.

The role emphasizes grant administration, scheduling, and documentation to improve collaboration across programs. Travel and office presence in Chicago are expected.

Responsibilities

• Grantmaking: manage grant process steps, be primary contact for grantees and consultants, assist with due diligence, draft proposals, and track budgets.
