Job summary

Energy Foundation seeks a hyper-organized Program Coordinator to support our Midwest Office. The role focuses on budget management, grant coordination, and regional planning to advance clean energy policy and programs.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Director, Midwest, you will facilitate weekly team check-ins, manage cross-office projects, and help design strategic processes for annual planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex projects and budgets.
• Ability to work across a matrixed organization and coordinate teams.
• Understanding of clean energy/climate policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Midwest Office budget across platforms and support quarterly recalibrations.
• Coordinate grant and FIP timelines with HQ and regional offices.
• Lead weekly team check-ins and support annual planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate internal and external partnerships and MEGA conference planning.
