Job summary

CV International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Midwest, covering IL, IN, MI, WI, OH, and KY. You will develop new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and position CV International as a trusted partner for global logistics and customs brokerage solutions.

The role reports to the Vice President of Business Development & Sales and requires building a robust pipeline, understanding customer supply chains, and delivering tailored logistics

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated sales experience in international logistics services.
Established relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or other international shippers.
Strong consultative and solutions-oriented sales skills with ability to translate requirements into logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

Achieve annual sales and gross-profit objectives by developing new business and expanding existing relationships.
Develop and maintain a diversified sales pipeline across prospects and customers.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with international supply chains.
