CV International seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Midwest by establishing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts. You will position CV International as a trusted partner for international logistics and customs brokerage, building a robust pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored supply chain solutions.

The role covers IL, IN, MI, WI, OH, and KY with potential expansion; travel to client sites and industry events is

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience in international logistics services.
• Established relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers or other international shippers.
• Strong understanding of global logistics, transportation, customs brokerage and supply chain services.
• Ability to prospect, develop and close new business while growing existing accounts.
• Proven ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with opportunities at varying stages.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annual sales and gross-profit objectives by developing new and profitable business.
• Develop and maintain a diversified sales pipeline across prospects, segments and services.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with entities in international supply chains.
• Cultivate relationships with shippers and supply chain stakeholders.
• Provide tailored logistics solutions including international ocean/air freight and customs brokerage.
• Coordinate with pricing and operations to develop competitive quotations and close deals.
• Prepare customer-specific logistics proposals articulating service capabilities and pricing.
• Expand share of customer business through cross-selling and service integration.
