CV International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Midwest by expanding new customer relationships and enlarging existing accounts. The role focuses on international logistics and customs brokerage, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored global solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of international freight sales, strong client relationships, and expertise in Incoterms, pricing, and service offerings.

Formación

• 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience in international freight forwarding or related logistics services.
• Established relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, or other international shippers.
• Solid understanding of global logistics, international transportation, customs brokerage, and supply chain services.
• Ability to prospect, develop, and close new business while growing existing accounts.
• Strong consultative and solutions-oriented sales skills with ability to translate requirements into logistics solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual sales and gross-profit objectives by developing new, profitable business and expanding existing relationships.
• Develop and maintain a diversified sales pipeline across prospects, customers, industries, and service offerings.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with international shippers and organizations.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and supply chain professionals to grow accounts.
• Provide customer-specific logistics proposals with clear value, pricing, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and service teams to deliver winning quotations and deployments.
