Job summary

CV International is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Midwest. You will build relationships with importers and shippers, expand existing accounts, and position CV International as a trusted partner for global logistics and customs brokerage solutions.

The role covers IL, IN, MI, WI, OH, and KY, with travel to client sites and industry events. A strong sales background in freight forwarding or 3PL is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to develop new customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Understand global logistics and freight forwarding concepts.
• Proven ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and gross-profit objectives.
• Develop and maintain a diversified sales pipeline.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with international shippers.
• Collaborate with pricing and operations to deliver profitable quotations.
• Prepare customer-specific logistics proposals and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
